Does it matter if my child is a beginner?
Beginners are more than welcome. Children work in small groups, therefore the coaches are able to work to the children's individual abilities.
Are parents allowed to stay and watch the class?
Due to health and safety reasons at the venue, parents are not permitted in the gym hall.
We have missed the start of term, can we still join?
Even though a term has started, you are still welcome to join at anytime. You will only be charged from your start date to the end of that term.
How do we pay ?
Fees are made termly and we have a preferred online payment system called ClassForKids. Payment requests are sent out a month prior to the new term's start date. You will have your own personal account which holds your information and logs your payment history. You are also welcome to pay by cash to our coaches.
We offer a 10% discount off each additional sibling joining the club.
Do we need to have insurance?
IGA insurance is a mandatory requirement to participate in our classes. The insurance year runs from 1st October to the 30th September.
What training do the coaches have?
Our coaches qualifications ranges from British Gymnastics Level 1 to Level 5. They also hold a current DBS and Safeguarding certifcate.
Where can I purchase the uniform/merchandise?
You can purchase the club uniform, t-shirts from our coaches. They will have a selection of sizes for your child to try on and you can pay by cash.
How are the classes structured?
All our classes are arranged by age NOT ability. They start with a 15 minute group warm up. The children are then split up into small groups (to 1 or 2 coaches) and those groups rotate the various apparatus (Floor, beam, vault, bars, trampoline and air track)
My 3 year old is very advanced for his/her age, can they join the older class?
Children must be in reception (not nursery) to join our 4-6 years classes. We run one pre-school session on Saturdays 10.30am at Willesden Sports Centre.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
We do not accept childcare vouchers as payment.
